Job Description:

Provide advanced care in a 20-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and a 16-bed Transitional Care Unit (TCU)
Serve critically ill infants and children in the PICU and focus on moderate-to-high complexity cases in the TCU, including solid organ transplant recovery, non-invasive ventilation, and post-operative specialty care

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care for pediatric patients in PICU and TCU settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement treatment plans

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing with valid Nurse Practitioner licensure
CPNP-AC certification (Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner)
PALS and BLS certifications
Minimum six (6) months of Pediatric Acute Care NP experience in PICU or similar settings

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary: $186,279 - $244,976, commensurate with experience
