Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Description

• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
• Support to the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitative facility
• Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience strongly encouraged
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• 1-year supervisory experience in a long-term care or physical rehab setting preferred
