    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

    Job Description

    • Create strong and loving bonds with the residents we care for.

    • Provide quality care to residents, promoting their rights, dignity, and individuality.
    • Attend to the individual needs of residents, such as assistance with grooming, hygiene, feeding, transfer, ambulation, and range of motion.
    • Maintain a safe, homelike environment for residents.
    • Promote Person Centered Service in all interactions.
    • Create deep relationships with residents, coworkers, and families.

    Requirements

    • Respectful and helpful demeanor with a focus on teamwork.
    • Reliable attendance.
    • Willingness to adapt to changing surroundings and a variety of vulnerable populations.
    • Detail-focused communication.
    • Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate with the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
    • Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards along with federal, state, and local codes pertinent to the role based on job title.
