Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Under the direction of the Nurse Director/charge nurse, patients and families are provided competent holistic care based on the nursing process.

Job Description

• One year of Emergency Department experience.
• Experienced nurses must have ACLS, TNCC, ENPC/PALS upon hire; graduate nurses and nurses new to Critical Care must attain ACLS within 12 months of hire/transition.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), PALS (Pediatric Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association) within 1 year of hire.
• Preferred: CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse).
• Required: Associates - Nursing; Preferred: Bachelors - Nursing.
