Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Intervenes as necessary to prevent physical harm to patients who might be high risk for injuring themselves or others.</li>
	<li>Ensures a safe environment, through monitoring the patient&rsquo;s emotional condition and collaborating with the healthcare team.</li>
	<li>Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, RN, LPN, you will play a vital role in the care of patients by performing basic nursing care and support tasks on assigned units.</li>
	<li>Provide patient care such as: ambulation, bathing, toileting, obtaining vital signs, all while maintaining a safe environment.</li>
	<li>Demonstrate effective communication skills to accurately convey patient information to RN, LPN and other members of the team in a timely manner.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">Demonstrate basic computer skills to accurately record vital patient information.</li>
</ul>

Experience:&nbsp;Hospital experience- Required 
 
License/Certification/Education:

<ul>
	<li>BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant)-Required</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px">High School or Equivalent-Preferred</li>
