    RevCycle Supervisor

    The RevCycle Supervisor leads a technical and operational team responsible for supporting, optimizing, and advancing the hospital and ambulatory revenue cycle modules within the Cerner/Oracle Health EHR ecosystem. This role drives workflow improvement, collaboration with operational departments, application stability, and timely resolution of production issues. This position is a conduit between IT and business stakeholders aligned with Revenue Cycle. This person oversees value delivery of projects in support of strategic programs. Provides leadership and direction to project teams and is responsible for achieving project objectives, such as increased value, mitigated risks, improved quality and efficiencies, and better business decisions. Accountable manager, facilitator, and collaborator for implementation of projects.

    Job Description

    • Lead a technical and operational team in revenue cycle management
    • Drive workflow improvement and collaboration with operational departments
    • Ensure application stability and timely resolution of production issues
    • Oversee value delivery of projects in support of strategic programs
    • Provide leadership and direction to project teams to achieve project objectives

    Requirements

    • Three years of management and/or leadership experience
    • Four years of experience as a Revenue Cycle Analyst
    • Three years of experience in program/project management
    • Cerner Revenue Cycle experience required
    • Strong understanding of front, middle, and backend Revenue Cycle processes
    • An understanding of financial accounting is beneficial

    Education

    • Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Health Administration, Related Field, Business Analytics, or Economics
    • Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Health Administration, Information Technology, Related Field, Business Administration, or Finance
