TCD Program Manager
The Time Critical Diagnosis (TCD) Program Manager works both independently and in collaboration with physicians, clinicians, and the leadership team to pursue and maintain program accreditation standards. The TCD Program Manager will be self-directed and self-motivated to plan and conduct work with minimal direction, reporting to the Director of Quality Improvement and Care Continuum. Primary responsibility is coordination of the Comprehensive Cardiac and Stroke TCD Program, which includes the development, maintenance, and growth of the program. Responsibilities include tracking quality measures, patient outcomes utilizing registry data/reports, and monitoring of patient/family satisfaction. The TCD Program Manager facilitates regularly scheduled multidisciplinary team meetings and ensures attendance requirements to accreditation standards. He/she selects and develops staff education offerings regarding the care of the TCD patients, as well as development of related educational and program marketing materials for the community. The TCD Program Manager coordinates all aspects of the performance improvement (PI) process for the TCD program including the development of PI indicators, while presenting system case reviews.
Job Description

Requirements
- Three years of relevant clinical service line experience, preferably in neurology and cardiology.
- Program management and/or performance improvement experience desired.
- Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association).
- Required: Associates - Nursing.
Special Skills
- Computer skills to include word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry.
Other Skills
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships with physicians and staff within the service line.
- Self-starter with critical thinking skills to work through problems.
- Strong speaker/presenter with teaching and coaching abilities.
