Charge Nurse (RN) - Night Shifts

Location: Batesville, Mississippi

Job Description:

• Supervise the patient care activities performed by other RNs, LPN/LVNs, and CNAs
• Communicate with Physicians/CCO/staff about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
• Foster a positive milieu in the hospital
• Provide direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN Licensure of the State of Mississippi
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws regarding nursing
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification or completion of arrhythmia course required
• ICU/LTAC experience required

• Shift Differentials are paid for all Night and Weekend Shifts
