Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor

Join our team at Northampton Post Acute as a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor! This position is for 7 AM to 3 PM every weekend or every other weekend. We are recognized for Newsweek's "America's Best Nursing Homes" in collaboration with Statista Inc. for 2024 and 2025. We are the first center in Lehigh Valley to coordinate and offer Peritoneal Dialysis clinical specialization to patients.

Job Description

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state
• Minimum 2+ years nursing supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is required
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers

Requirements

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
