Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Boston & Greater Metropolitan Boston Area

Job Description:

• Work within a compassionate team providing Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults.
• Gain valuable experience across various medical conditions, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care.
• Provide 1-on-1 care for patients in their homes, schools, or community settings.
• Handle diverse cases, including feeding challenges, tracheostomies with ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management, and diabetic maintenance.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proficiency in nursing skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt to different patient needs, environments, and challenges.
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and team members.
• Compassion, empathy, and dedication to high-quality care.
• Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.

Shift Details:

• Opportunities available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available.

Compensation:

• Pay rates for LPNs: $40/$42/$44 per hour.
