$3,500 Sign on Bonus paid out quarterly (F/t and P/t employees only)

Shifts available: Day 12 Hour

Job Description:

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times

Pay and Compensation:

• Base hourly rate between $32 and $36
• $2.00/hour shift differentials for 3p-11 and $1.50/hour for 11p-7a
• Additional compensation includes:
  • 1.5X Holiday Pay
  • 1.5X Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with current state license
• Current/active CPR certification
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds
• Ability to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day
• Ability to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time
