Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team! This role provides occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Job Description

• Implement individualized treatment plans as established by the primary Occupational Therapist.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop patient-centered therapy programs.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and exercises.
• Evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and set short-term and long-term goals.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program or Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
