Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team! This role is responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing physical therapy programs to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Job Description

• Provide high-quality physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice, following established standards and protocols.
• Assist in patient evaluations and help develop individualized treatment plans with measurable short-term and long-term goals.
• Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• BLS Certification required.
