Job Description

• Lead and manage the operations of the subacute unit to ensure exceptional care delivery.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team culture.
• Develop, implement, and monitor care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Active RN license in NYS.
• Leadership experience in a subacute or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
