Regional Medical Director of Anesthesia

Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits:

• $500K+ Annual Base Salary
• $30,000 Regional Medical Director Leadership stipend

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care through clinical expertise, communication, and collaboration with healthcare team members
• Conduct patient assessments, create and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress
• Document patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options
• Establish and maintain effective staffing patterns and standards of coverage

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the business of anesthesia
• Organized, proactive, and able to function in a high growth, high accountability environment
• Experience taking on leadership initiatives
• Anesthesiologist in good standing with the ABA and state licensing board
