Job Description:

• Work collaboratively alongside a highly productive team of dedicated clinicians, surgeons, and medical professionals
• Set clinical objectives and uphold patient care standards
• Collaborate with physician leadership to foster excellence and teamwork
• Mentor and support professional growth among anesthesia staff
• Enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Seeking leaders with a growth mindset and a passion for excellence
• ABA/AOBA certification and state licensing required
• Proven ability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively
• Strong understanding of anesthesia business

Compensation and Benefits:

• Top of market base salary $450K - up to $565K total compensation
• $15,000 Leadership Stipend if interested in leadership
• Up to $25,000 Quality bonus
• $75,000 Stipend for candidates providing Cardiovascular Anesthesia services (CV Fellowship trained or TEE Certified preferred)
