Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Assistant Medical Director of Anesthesia to join our team at St. Mary's Medical Center. You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively alongside a highly productive team of dedicated clinicians, surgeons, and medical professionals.

Qualifications:

• Seeking leaders with a growth mindset and a passion for excellence.
• ABA/AOBA certification and state licensing required.
• Proven ability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively.
• Strong understanding of anesthesia business.

We Offer:

• Top of Market Base Salary $450K - up to $550K total comp
• $15,000 Leadership Stipend
• Up to $25,000 Quality
• $75,000 Stipend for candidates providing Cardiovascular Anesthesia services (CV Fellowship trained or TEE Certified preferred)
• Generous PTO: 8 weeks
