Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location: Dyersburg, Tennessee

Job Description:

• Join a CRNA-only practice at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center
• Work within a supportive and engaged clinical leadership team
• Practice a variety of cases including General Surgery, Endo, Peds, Podiatry, Dental, Urology, OB, GYN, and Ortho

Requirements:

• All levels of experience are welcome, including new grads and SRNAs

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $210K - $283K
• $65K in call pay, $8K QI, up to $40K Sign-on Bonus with a 2-year commitment
