    Adult Psychiatrist

    Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our medical group at the Kaiser East Interstate or Mt. Scott medical offices in Portland, OR. We use a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions, and medication consultation.

    You will provide a combination of onsite and virtual care. You will work in a care model that provides 50% virtual visits and must be able to work at the local clinic the other 50% of the schedule. You must have experience with digital technologies (examples include telehealth and/or digital health) and demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability to incorporate these into your practice as we continue to evolve our virtual care model. A comfort level with concurrent documentation is also needed for this role.

    Job Description

    • $301,929 - $366,000 - Projected Annual Total Rewards Value
    • $234,180 to $266,130 salary (.90 FTE)
    • 4-day work week
    • 50% telepsychiatry / 50% in clinic
    • 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
    • 90%+ employer paid health plan
    • Paid annual education leave + $1800 annual education allowance
