    Advanced Practice Provider

    Location: Winston-Salem, NC

    Novant Health Medical Group is looking for a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join a well-established full-spectrum program offering inpatient and outpatient palliative care services in Winston-Salem, NC. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team that promotes team wellness and career development opportunities.

    Job Description:

    • Hours: 7:30a-5:30p Inpatient Palliative Care; 4 - 10 hour shifts weekly
    • Schedule will be Friday-Monday, 40 hours a week

    Requirements:

    • Education: Master's Degree required. Either a graduate of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program, or NP or post Master's NP program required.
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current PA or NP license in appropriate state required. NCCPA or registry with state nursing board, BLS, DEA registry required.

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    • This position will be scheduled at NH Forsyth Medical Center. May be asked to support other sites in the Greater Winston-Salem market based on staffing needs.
    • As an inpatient consultant, you will perform: Patient Assessments and Management, Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration, Patient and Family Education and Support, Symptom Management, Admission and Discharging
