Job Description

• Full-time Family Medicine Physician to join an established team in Bay City.
• Schedule: Weekdays 8 am - 5 pm.
• The state-of-the-art facility was designed with community and provider input to be a highly patient-focused healing environment.
• Outpatient primary care. Regular day shift hours.
• All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases.
• Call 1:10 with nurse triage line support.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Ability to hold a Michigan State Medical License.
