Job Title

Join our dynamic team as a provider in a hospital-based practice setting. Coverage will encompass two hospitals and two ASCs, primarily located at St. Francis Downtown.

Job Description

• Dates of coverage: July 2025 - ongoing
• Hours/schedule: 40 hours a week
• Reason for coverage: Expansion of coverage
• Documentation system/EMR: Epic
• Average number of pain management cases: 4, but more if GI
• Number of operating rooms: 26
• Patient age demographic: Healthy pediatric ENT only, mostly adults

Procedures Required

• General surgical cases for adults
• Ventilation management
• Full range of cases except hearts and OB
• No regionals or central line placement
• Must be able to do any case
• Will not be required to do hearts, OB, or blocks
• Minimal to no pediatrics

Requirements

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days
