Join our team in a permanent position providing care in two locations in Michigan.

Job Description

• Location and facilities you'll be working in:

  • Grand Rapids, Michigan: 15-bed Level III NICU
  • Muskegon, Michigan: 8-bed Level II Special Care Nursery

• Provide direct and indirect patient care to neonates in Level III and Level II NICUs

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, nurses, and therapists

• Participate in teaching and mentoring of junior providers and trainees

• Document patient care and clinical activities in Epic EMR

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as needed

• Support community health programs related to neonatal care

Requirements

• Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications
• Relevant clinical experience preferred
• Board certified in specialty prior to employment is required with fellowship
