Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Night Shifts

We are looking for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional care to neonates in the Metro Dallas area.

Job Description

• Work alongside an expert team, collaborating with NNPs, Residents, Fellows, and Neonatologists.
• Manage 8-10 patients per day shift and 20-30 patients per night shift in a Level 3 & Level 4 NICU.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and perform specialized neonatal procedures.
• Flexible scheduling with 72 weekend hours required in a 6-week period, including Friday nights through Monday morning.
• Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with no on-call responsibilities.
• Work with advanced technology & resources, including EPIC EMR, and receive training from some of the best in the field.

Requirements

• Board Certified NNP (or APRN with authorization in Family, Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, PMHNP, or Women's Health).
• 3+ years of Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience (as an RN and/or NP).
• Must reside within 1.5 hours of Dallas (relocation assistance available).
• Texas license (or willingness to obtain).
• BLS & NRP certification (or willingness to obtain).
• COVID vaccination required.
• Clean malpractice and license history.
