Job Description

• Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers (NNPs/PAs)
• Deliver patient-centered care in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60
• Manage complex and critical neonatal cases, including ELBW infants
• Utilize advanced technologies such as:
  • Neonatal ECMO
  • Jet and oscillatory high-frequency ventilation
  • Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
  • Whole-body cooling for HIE
• Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams
• Collaborate with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgery
• Integrate care within a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem (PICU, CVICU, pediatric ER)
• Contribute to a high-performing, compassionate care model focused on innovation and outcomes
