Danbury Hospital, part of Nuvance Health, has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Gastroenterology Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Danbury, CT. Come join us on our exciting journey as we grow the Digestive Health Institute at Nuvance Health by joining our Nuvance Health Medical Practice Gastroenterology Department. The position includes seeing patients both in the outpatient office and hospital, with a Monday-Friday workday schedule and no call responsibility.

Job Description

• Experience working with hepatobiliary services
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• New York State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
• Federal DEA
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Internal Medicine or Gastroenterology experience preferred

Requirements

• Board certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of experience in Internal Medicine and/or Gastroenterology
