Job Description

• Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and practices
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for practical or vocational nursing
• Valid LPN license in the state employed
• Valid CPR certification
• Prior skilled nursing experience preferred

• Pay range: $35.00 - $40.00
• Weekend only LPN pay: $41.00

• Sign-on and retention bonus: $4,500.00 for full-time LPNs, $2,500.00 for part-time LPNs
