Emergency Medicine Physician

Emergency Medicine Physician needed near Athens, OH for coverage. This position offers shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM for physicians, and 9 AM to 9 PM and 5 PM to 5 AM for advanced practice providers. The facility has an annual volume of 30,000 patients and features 21 beds.

Job Description

• Manage emergency cases with a transfer percentage of 9.9% and an admission rate of 10.6%
• Utilize EMR system EPIC
• Provide care as a board-certified physician (ABIM or ABFM) with emergency medicine credentials and recent experience
• Must have 2+ years of emergency medicine experience
• Maintain an active Ohio medical license, BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications, and a clean file
• Availability for 5+ shifts per month
