Locum Hospitalist

Locum Hospitalist needed near Van Buren, AR starting as soon as credentialed. This position offers a flexible assignment length of 6 months to 1 year with a target start date in March 2025.

Job Description

• Minimum of 6 shifts acceptable per month
• Staffing model includes 6 physicians per day with shift times from 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM
• Staffing model for NP/PA includes 4 NP/PA per day with shift times from 8 AM to 8 PM, 12 PM to 12 AM, 7 PM to 7 AM, and 9 AM to 5 PM
• No call required
• Manage approximately 19 patients per day
• Utilize Epic EMR

Requirements

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Active Arkansas medical license
• Credentialing takes 60-90 days, can be expedited if clean file
