Staff General Anesthesiologist

Our client is looking for a Full Time Staff General Anesthesiologist in Western Nebraska! Physicians and CRNAs work together in a Care Team Model with a diverse case mix. A new compensation package has been approved with a $500k base salary.

Job Description

• Cases include: General, Ortho, Major Vascular, Neuro, Trauma, Thoracic, Pediatrics, OB, Gyn.
• 9-10 CRNAs and 4-5 MDs when fully staffed.
• 5 ORs, 1 OB Suite, and 1 Endo center. Running from 7 AM to 3 PM, with 3 ORs running from 3 PM to 5 PM.
• CRNAs work autonomously including performing regionals and OB (doing c-sections) and they work in Trauma, plus they are taking beeper call. Ortho, neuro, and general trauma consist of 5% of total cases.
• 1 CRNA works in-house for OB and 1 on beeper backup, with 1 MD also on beeper backup every day.
• The doctor will do backup beeper call 1:4.
• EMR is Cerner.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $500k base salary + new compensation package approved + benefits including medical, dental, life, long term/short term disability, malpractice, 401k, and more.
