Job Description

• Monday-Friday 8-4
• Main site is Berger in Circleville, OH with 2 days a week at Reynoldsburg office with a physician in office every day
• Established case load and team, procedures and a range of treatments
• No call or weekends
• Electronic medical records and electronic prescribing

Requirements

• NP license in Ohio
• Interest in female urology preferred
