Job Description:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.

Pay and Compensation:
- Base hourly rate between $30 and $33.
- $2.00/hour shift differential for 3p-11p shift.
- $1.50/hour shift differential for 11p-7a shift.
- 1.5X Holiday Pay.
- 1.5X Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week.

- Daily Pay - Access to Earned Income Prior to Pay.
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with current state license.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds.
- Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.
- Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
