    Job Description:

    • Provide direct nursing care to residents.
    • Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
    • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

    Pay and Compensation:

    • Base hourly rate between $30 and $33.
    • $2.00/hour shift differential for 3p-11p shift.
    • $1.50/hour shift differential for 11p-7a shift.
    • 1.5X Holiday Pay.
    • 1.5X Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week.

    • Daily Pay - Access to Earned Income Prior to Pay.

    Requirements:

    • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with current state license.
    • Current/active CPR certification.
    • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds.
    • Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.
    • Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
