Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
Procedure requirements: General Surgical Cases adult, General Surgical Cases - pediatric, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional anesthesia, Plexus anesthesia, Open Heart Anesthesia, Thoracic Cases, Complex Vascular Cases, Complex Orthopedic Cases, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Neurosurgical Cases, Ventilation Management, Local Infiltration

Opportunity Details:

Shift: Monday- Friday 0600- 1500 with occasionally weekday call 1500- 0600

Requirements:

Board Certified
Active Iowa state license
