Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days

Opportunity Details:

Shift: Monday-Friday 8 hours (typically 0830-1700); weekends and call are rotating weeknights and weekends
Setting: Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic
Call ratio: 1:5 (shared with 4 NPs)
Patient demographic: Adult/Geriatric
Clinic patients per day: 14
Inpatient admissions per day: Varies

Requirements:

Board Certified/Board Eligible
Active Virginia state license
Active DEA
AHF Fellowship (LVAD experience)
