We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to join a luxury residential facility near Lakewood, CO. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a skilled nursing professional with a strong background in behavioral health, substance abuse, and psychiatric care. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care to adult female patients in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with care standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct initial nursing intake assessments and collaborate with the medical team to develop comprehensive, personalized care plans.
- Implement and monitor operational policies/procedures to maintain smooth and efficient facility operations.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling of nursing personnel, conducting interviews, and ensuring the team maintains high standards of care and performance.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development to nursing staff, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
- Ensure the delivery of patient care aligns with established policies and quality standards while promoting a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Director of Nursing Assistant, or other leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- At least 2 years of experience in psychiatric or substance abuse settings.
- Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
- Experience with Medication Assisted Treatment and behavioral health is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
