Emergency Medicine Provider

Experienced emergency medicine providers are needed for coverage outside of the Columbus, OH area.

Job Description

• Provider must be available for nights and weekends
• Ohio state license is required; will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
• COVID vaccination is required
• Must be boarded ABMS/AOA in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; no other type of certification will be accepted
• Must have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Must have 2+ years of recent experience
• NRP certification is required
• Clean background is required; no exceptions

• EMR: EPIC
• Annual volume: 25,000
• Physician shifts: 7 AM - 7 PM & 7 PM - 7 AM
• APP shifts: 9 AM - 9 PM, 11 AM - 11 PM & 5 PM - 5 AM
• Number of beds: 21 beds
• Transfer locations: Any of the Ohio Health facilities (Grant, Riverside, Doctors)
• Transfer percentage: 9.9%
• Admission rate percentage: 10.6%
• Nights and weekend coverage needed
