Radiologist

Hospital system in the Chicago area seeking a Radiologist for an in-person or remote opportunity.

Job Description

• Call ratio: Call negotiable
• Average number of cases per day: Variable upon rotation. 30-35 CTs, or 100 x-rays, or 60 ultrasounds.
• Documentation system/EMR: Epic, PowerScribe, Intelerad PACs, Softek Illuminate
• Number of radiologists in practice: 40 FTE in the department (9 reading CT and 4 reading body MR)
• Teleradiology usage: Yes
• Patient age demographic: All (not necessary for locum to read pediatrics)
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 3 months
• Procedures required: CT, ultrasound, body MRI
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Requirements

• Board certification: Required
• Illinois state license: Required
• BLS certification: Required
• Will accept remote candidates, but on-site is preferred.
