In-Home Care Nurse

We are looking for a full-time nurse to do 1:1 staffing in-home care for a case located near the Beaufort, SC area for a total of 45 hours a week. Expected position start date is within one week of interviewing and accepting this position, with onboarding bonus and referral bonus eligible!

Job Description

This position is for an in-home care nurse, with a 1:1 nurse to patient ratio.
• Manage the healthcare plan for assigned patient according to physician's instructions
• Provide personalized care including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities
• Monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records
• Check for signs of infection, bedsores, and wounds, and provide appropriate care
• Educate and advise caregivers in the household on patient care techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare personnel to develop and improve the patient's healthcare plan
• Provide palliative care as needed to ensure patient comfort and well-being

Compensation

• $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Requirements

• CPR/BLS Certified (Required)
• Valid In-State Nursing License (LPN or RN) or Multi-State License (MSL) in Nursing (Required)
• Understanding of nursing principles and practices
• Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Peg Tube/G-Tube experience (Required)
• Trach/Vent experience (Case-Dependent)
