Job Description

• See only 12-18 patients per day for longer visits and more impact
• 100% senior-focused, value-based care
• Fully outpatient primary care
• Support from integrated care team and proprietary EMR
• Focused on outcomes, prevention, and holistic care
• Malpractice, travel, and lodging fully covered
• Initial 3-month assignment with potential to extend or convert to full-time

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Prior experience or interest in value-based care preferred
• Active CO license or ability to obtain

Benefits

• Salary of $153/hr (equivalent to $320K+ annually)
