Job Description

• Compensation: $145k
• Bonus: Up to $10k in year 1 and increases as a partner
• Manage 18 patients a day
• Monday - Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (last patient is scheduled at 4:15 PM)
• Work/life balance with a small patient panel (maximum of 450 patients)
• Administrative time included in schedule
• No nights or weekends
• 100% outpatient
• Dedicated care and support team (own MA/Scheduler)
• Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements

• Board certified in Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
