Location: Longmont/Thornton, Colorado

Job Description:

• Provide occupational therapy services to improve patients' quality of life in their homes.
• Address everyday activities and participation in roles within home and community settings.
• Promote health and wellness for individuals at risk of developing various conditions.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant program accredited by ACOTE or predecessor organizations.
• Hold a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing in Colorado.
• Communicate effectively in the language of the client and document client-related activities.
• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Home Health as a COTA preferred.

Compensation:

• Pay: $40-$48 per visit
• Optimal pays per visit
