Job Description

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

• Acute care experience preferred
• Proficiency in trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques
• Strong patient care skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Experience working independently and in home health setting
• Experience with geriatric patients is desirable
• Able to accept cases in surrounding areas (Menifee, Murrieta, etc)
