Schedule: Part-time, Wed-Fri (8am - 4:30pm), 12 shifts a month
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
EMR: EPIC
Shifts will be from 8am-4:30pm Wed-Fri
Visit types: New patients (30-45 minutes), Return visits (30 minutes)
Provider would see 16 patients per day
Procedures required: Joint injections, joint aspiration
Team: 2 APNs and 1 MD on site

Requirements:

Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
Physician (MD/DO)
An active Illinois license or IMLC
Certification required: ACLS, BLS
