Job Description

• Conduct in-home patient assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management
• Teach patients and their families about health management and self-care practices
• Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN license in MA
• At least 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health (willing to train the right person)
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs and schedules
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Compensation

• Pay range for RN: $35 - $45/hr
• Pay range for RN, BSN: $37 - $47/hr
• Up to a $4,000 retention bonus
