    Job Description:

    • Assist patients in the restoration of physical function through evaluation and treatment
    • Work in a unique specialty hospital offering multidisciplinary rehab services to an 18-bed Long Term Acute Care Unit and 29-bed Acute Rehab Unit
    • Serve a wide variety of diagnoses including acute respiratory therapy, spinal cord injury, stroke, and traumatic brain injury
    • Opportunity to progress patients to their highest level of functionality

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
    • Licenses/Certifications:
      • Respective state license in Physical Therapy or eligibility for the licensure exam within 60 days
      • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
      • Valid state driver's license
    • Other skills/knowledge:
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      • Proficiency with Microsoft software
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a Physical Therapist
    • Ability to provide patient care appropriate to the population served
    • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical ability to evaluate patients' physical and functional status
    • Excellent computer skills and ability to process detailed information accurately

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Expected pay: $39.13 - $46.03/hour, determined by experience, skills, and internal equity
    • Additional 40% of hourly rate for weekend hours
    • Eligible for yearly annual increases
