Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Medical Imaging Department, ensuring an exemplary patient experience, delivery of high-quality services, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the activities of staff performing Medical Imaging procedures in collaboration with the Medical Imaging Leadership.
• May perform direct patient care/imaging as qualified to assist with department workflow.

Requirements

• Education:

  • Associates degree
  • IEMA License in Radiography (Illinois only)
  • ARRT registry
  • Current American Heart Association Provider - BLS is required prior to start date of employment.

• Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in a Medical Imaging modality.

• Other skills/knowledge:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience.
• 7 years of experience in a Medical Imaging modality.
• Enrollment or completion of a Bachelor of Science program.

Benefits

• Expected pay for this position is $39.13 - $46.03/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
• $15,000 sign-on bonus.
