Job Description:
- Oversee the care of senior residents
- Supervise nursing assistants
- Maintain high standards of care, accurate record-keeping, and licensing requirements
- Possess excellent communication skills and knowledge of state regulations and medication administration

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise CNAs and RMAs/Med Techs
- Provide direct care to residents in our Nursing Center or delegate care as appropriate
- Administer wound care and treatments as directed
- Report incidents or changes in any resident's condition to the Director of Nursing
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate resident care records
- Enforce company policies and procedures and state regulations
- Participate in staff training
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Director of Nursing
Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license
- CPR certification or ability to acquire within 60 days
- Experience in senior care is preferred

Sign-on bonuses are offered incrementally over a 24-month period for full-time positions only.
