    Job Description:

    • Oversee the care of senior residents
    • Supervise nursing assistants
    • Maintain high standards of care, accurate record-keeping, and licensing requirements
    • Possess excellent communication skills and knowledge of state regulations and medication administration
    • Be dedicated, compassionate, and respectful

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise CNAs and RMAs/Med Techs
    • Provide direct care to residents in our Nursing Center or delegate care as appropriate
    • Administer wound care and treatments as directed
    • Report incidents or changes in any resident's condition to the Director of Nursing
    • Ensure proper documentation and accurate resident care records
    • Enforce company policies and procedures and state regulations
    • Participate in staff training
    • Perform other tasks as requested by the Director of Nursing

    Requirements:

    • Current Licensed Practical Nurse license
    • CPR certification or ability to acquire within 60 days
    • Experience in senior care is preferred

    Professional Development:

    Sign-on bonuses are offered incrementally over a 24-month period for full-time positions only.
