Due to our continued growth, Outreach is looking to bring on additional motivated and passionate Therapists to work with the adult and geriatric populations either in their private home, apartment, or in an Assisted Living Facility. Job Description

• Perform in-house Occupational Therapy.
• Conduct home safety assessments: assessing environmental barriers and extrinsic risk factors for a fall in individualized environments.
• Order adaptive equipment.
• Conduct cognitive and/or visual assessments.
• Address underlying impairments relating to activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL).
• Educate patients on home programs along with caregiver/family members.

Requirements

• Master's degree minimum for Occupational Therapist (OT).
• 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred.
• Home care experience a plus.

Job Type

• Per diem part or full-time positions available (multiple).
• Part-time.

Pay

• $62.00 - $76.00 per hour.
