Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team in Morristown, NJ. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Conduct physical examinations and assessments of patients in the emergency room
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform specimen collection processing and assist with diagnostic tests
• Provide urgent care to patients with various medical needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
• Assist in behavioral health assessments and interventions
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical care as needed

Requirements

• 1 year+ experience in Critical Care/Cardiac or Emergency Department
• Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• EPIC-EMR experience
• Must have experience with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Must have experience in large volume facilities
• Travel experience preferred

Benefits

• Gross weekly pay: $2,700/week
• Taxable weekly pay: $1,152/week
• Non-taxable pay: $1,548/week

Work Schedule

• Shift: Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
• Start date: 03/03/2025
• End date: 05/31/2025
