Job Description:

• Join a team diagnosing varied diseases such as Tularemia, Leprosy, Hantavirus, Whipple Disease, HIV, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, Bubonic plague, and more, seen in the last 5 years
• No significant competition with the only outpatient ID in the entire state
• Work within a dedicated team of four experienced physicians and a fully-practicing Nurse Practitioner
• Utilize comprehensive in-house resources including experienced nursing staff and a billing department

Work-Life Balance:

• Flexible scheduling: Typical workday from 8 AM to 3 PM, with adjusted hours based on patient needs
• Shared responsibilities between inpatient and outpatient care, with a roughly 50/50 split
• Manageable patient load: Average of 20-22 patients per day between two providers, ensuring quality time for patient care
• Call rotation: Approximately 1:4, potentially moving to 1:5 with no admissions required during call, focusing on discharges and rounds
